We are a family of 4 and it was super cozy. Incredible location: easy to walk to the beach, amazing restaurants and our favorite shopping. This is our 2nd time staying at this awesome home and we hope to come back again. Highly recommend. Worth every penny.

Eric’s place is incredible.
He has really thought through what a guest would want and his attention to detail is amazing. Everything is clearly labeled and he has also left detailed instructions for everything in the house. Had heard mixed things about the neighborhood but we loved it and felt totally safe both in and out of the house. All of the furnishings and amenities were first class! We definitely plan to come back!!!

An amazing house and an amazing vacation
My family (five of us plus our dog) booked the Alberta Beach Loft for 5 nights over Thanksgiving and we had an amazing time. The house is beautiful; it’s modern, well-designed, well appointed (Sonos, automatic blinds, great kitchen, etc.) and well furnished (comfy sofa, chairs, and beds). The house has good communal spaces for the entire family to hang out, but is laid out so that you can find a quiet spot to grab some alone time, too. The house is located in a fantastic location. We were able to walk to the beach, to the canals, to some great coffee shops and restaurants, and to the shops on Abbot Kinney. Eric was a great host, extremely responsive and very focused on giving us the best possible experience. Check-in and check-out were a snap. We look forward to our next opportunity to stay here again.
